Let's start again

Sublime mediocraty
branded alone
pumped through the oriface
that bled to our home
it's hard to believe now
that we did things for cash
or killed for commodity
status and wealth
attached symbols to everything
it's this or that
in a system insane
many went mad

When slowly sudden,
ground down to a halt
No water no energy
the money'd run out
only violence was aimed
at those in control
people worked together
to recreate homes
Some thought it was too far
the damage was done
the planet was culled
could it be reborn?

So that's how we learn kid
From our mistakes
to sustain profit
the world must break
using all that's known
we nurtured life
life was lifes goal...
to be passed on to life
