Moonlight

Even in the darkest dark there is moonlight. You can have shallow dreams of fairy dust and butterflies, but that’s not what life is like. There are times where the darkest dark falls upon you, and yet, no moonlight shines. Dreams become reality, and reality reverts to dreams.
Sometimes you can feel like a broken mirror, shattered into tiny pieces on the cold concrete, afraid you’re going to get stepped on by one hundred thousand tiny feet.
Trying to make sense of life means you have to accept love, grief, disappointment. When you realise that you are the disappointment is when it becomes impossible to live.
Ten seconds can turn into a lifetime. It could be the length of a kiss, a kiss that you want to hold onto for an eternity. It could be the length of a victims last breath as they are locked in the boot of a car in the bottom of a river screaming to get out.
Life could be either good or bad. Life gives you lemons but not all of them can be used to make lemonade.
Sometimes the moonlight dances on the ocean or there might be just darkness. Either way, eyes open or shut, no matter how you feel, even the darkest dark there is a moonlight. People need to keep repeating that, there will always be moonlight.
