HOT AND BOTHERED

Time has been our master
and it will be evermore
seems every year gets faster
than the year that came before
 
An obvious conclusion
but we give it our best shot
we once we're hot and bothered
now we're bothered cause we're hot
 
Time's a one way ticket
with adventures in between
and we can just imagine
what will be the final scene
 
We close our eyes and wonder
what last lesson we'll be taught
we once were hot and bothered
now we're bothered cause we're hot
 
Time will wear our bodies
it will also slow our minds
and all that we have shouldered
we feel free to leave behind
 
We chase our dreams throughout our lives
but at the end, we're caught
we once were hot and bothered
now we're bothered cause we're hot
 
Time is a collision
and so careful you must be
sometimes we have clear vision
other times, its hard to see
 
And in the final judgement
we're unraveling the knot
will we play harps in heaven ?
or be bothered cause we're hot ?

I've been wondering what happened to you!

Your mind doesn't seem to have slowed down! You still have your ease with words, rhythm and rhyme, and how to make a clear point in a catchy way. And as for the answer, it's trusting for pardon now, in Jesus! Rhiannon
