on wurlitzer me
while on hammond is you
some difficult pieces
we strive to get through
.
our fingers will scamper
and thrash on the keys
like rippling rivers
with wild melodies
.
we're classically trained
but we're playing by ear
the ghost of composers
arise and come near
.
we emulate bach 
in an intricate song
the rafters will rock
as we fugue all night long
.
our sheet music vanquished
the benches ignored
a scavenger hunt
for that rare missing chord
.
we're no use for pipes
for our plumbing is fine
the notes are parading
in perfect design
.
how true is our voicing
sustain and attack
layer on layer
up higher we stack
.
we'll put on a concert
and pull out the stops
annoying the neighbors
till they call the cops
.
together we laugh
and we'll howl at the moon
i love when our organs
collide on a tune
