Constant problems
Eyes sink in,
Teeth begin to rot and your memory caves in.
You pick the wrong girlfriends
They're out having affairs
They don't give a toss
They're not worth a breath of air
You suffer from severe depression
Your drugs aren't just an addiction
I feel for you mate I really do,
You've been in and out of prison your whole life through.
There's times when I think that's down to you
But you've had no luck, no care, no love
You're trying your best but it's not enough
I've known you my whole life, I've visited you in prison and I still see the potential in you
You're a loving and caring person, honest too. 
You went to sign on, you got nicked for doing the right thing
This is why no-one speaks up and justice isn't served
Because they don't understand that they make honest hurt. 
I know all this information because not only are we alike in the way we think,
But you’re my brother, my protector and my link  
To our wonderful mother, who was always so true. She is really quite lovely just like you.
I hope things get better, it will take time –
But I won't give up on you, I will always be behind.

Families eh? who'd have em. This is a nice dedication  to family loyalty. Structuraly, it could do with some work, but the stregth of this one is all in the sentiment.
