Tidal wave.

Guilt bound in candy wrappers; nightmares surrender as they are engulfed in torch light.
The only friends I have are the reflections in the mirror, and they fucking hate me as well.
I see the lies in your fingers; the script magically unfolding as you whisper deception into the wind.
Messages of peace soar through the sky, skimming the clouds they are burnt by the sun.
Hatred rises through my body, every inch pounding against my skull, the cracks in the glass echo my confidence.
I’m blinded by the darkness; my eyes roll back into the socket as my tongue lashes frantically trying to discover my past.
Alone in this forest where trees are my enemy and branches twist around my body and fight the scars.
I climb the walls that plague my existence screaming for them to stop with all my energy.
I drop towards hell and the fire licks my ankles, tormenting my restrictions.
Leave me to peace so I can evolve as I like, don’t build me up for this fall.
Please look into my eyes; can you see the agony and the hurt? Can you see what I need? Can you see how lonely I am?
Sword fights with dragons and suicide tapes with the forgotten; I lay here blessed and lucky as I await the next tidal wave.
