Whispers In The Wind

As the wind blows,
it softly whispers a tune,
to make the smooth leaves on a tree dance,
and to make the long, thin grass sway.
What tune does the wind play you ask?
Listen hard enough and it just might play for you.

It's blowing a gale right now, sounds about right.  Lovely and sweet poem.

Enjoyed. Though here is is gales too at present, but they play a robust tune too. And when they blow the sea, that is an invigorating sound. Rhiannon
