I never thought I would say
I have lost my way
How can this be?
I should know me!

Who am I?
I ask with a sigh
Am I tall, short, thin or fat?
And how am I supposed to know that?

Am I an emotional romantic?
Or does that stuff make me feel sick?
Now I find myself alone
But in a fresh new zone

I need to find and rediscover me
But by nerves are raging, what will I see?

Help me lord to stay focused and calm
Because with you I will come to no harm
As it is only when I love you
That to myself I can be true

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
