Larry didn't like the heat.
Mick didn't like the cold.
They decided to find an indoor dry ski slope, where the facility had efficient air conditioning.
'We also need to make purchase of some skis,' said Larry; 'but I am a little short on funds at present.'
'Can one not hire such items on a temporary basis at the facility?'
'Genius!' said 6-foot-2 Larry, patting his 5-foot-2 friend Mick on the back. 'Pack the sandwiches then; we're off.'
'Just out of interest...' said Mick whilst packing.
'Yes?' said Larry.
'Where exactly,' continued Mick, 'are we going?'
'To an indoor dry ski slope,' said Larry, 'where - on account of the fact that I don't like the heat and you don't like the cold - the facility has efficient air conditioning.'
'Yes, but,' said Mick, 'where,' he continued, 'exactly?'
'Wherever it is that you have decided upon.'
'Me?'
'Yes, you.'
'But-'
'What?'
'Well-'
'Yes?'
'I made the sandwiches.'
'And?'
'Therefore I availed myself of the assumption that the decision as to where we would partake of the skiing would be undertaken by yourself.'
'Oh,' said Larry.
'Nodules and Knickerbocker Glories,' said Mick.
'Do we have a Ski yoghurt in the fridge?' queried Larry.
'Fruits of the Forest,' responded Mick.
'That will have to do.'
Larry & Mick partook of a Fruits of the Forest Ski yoghurt.
