The light was dim. I had dozed off whilst reading my latest horror novel, but as I shifted myself on the sofa looking for a more comfortable position, the book fell over. Caught between the cushion and the floor and opened half way through, I picked it up, hoping that it might have been the last page I’d read - I had forgotten to mark it. The page had no number and the words THE END was scrawled across the two open pages.
The light went off!

There could be so much more of a story to this. Right now it's more of a Flash Fiction piece. Interesting. However, you really need to add a lot more. It would be interesting to see where you could take it. Bryan
