Beauty Of Togetherness
P K Routray
Fragrance, form and color
serve as yard stick to measure
the intrinsic beauty and power
the traits those glorify a flower
at times captivating the observer
with heavenly pleasure that he always looks for.
Poor stands a moon beam flower in comparison
from among these attributes as it has none.
But together in bunches, countless they bloom
baptizing the onlookers to cast off their gloom.
Their mother plant, the flowers splendidly décor
on her green body as white pearls they themselves appear.
Their togetherness and love for their mother
creats a novel concept of beauty ever to cheer.
Sweet fragrances, coveted petals and captivating color
pale before their togetherness and love for mother
In their scenic beauty purity finds its definition
And also in it a sacred feeling of beauty is born.
Perhaps this made the dress code of religious leads white
to think sacred, remain pure doing everything pious and right.
