Devotion and Perversion

Say we may whatever

unwavering faith we have never

in the Lord formless or with a form

a puzzle that men continue to brainstorm.

With the Lord as a divinized man crafted in his vision

who can be moved to ensure miracles on compassion,

listens to man’s prayers for his need but acts on His logic

in heart of heart, man thinks the lord is whimsical and erratic

though on the lip “ Leave to Him as the shaper of the destiny

who does the best for a nan with considerations many.”

At times in our frenzied mind, we challenge the lord to be gracious

to prove His existence by gifting us materialistically a boon miraculous.

Often also peep in mind perverted thoughts on the Lord

against conscience that a depraved mind can afford.

My analysis and conclusions based on my experiences bring

that on the Lord always we should have faith unflinching

to get relief from pangs and pains with all-around strength

and get peace of mind and perversion will be kept at arm’s length.

Hence we must pray to intensify our devotion for the lord

at any cost loss of faith in Him and perverted thought never we can afford.
