Health Is Wealth

Our childhood missions

were to play and sweat on,

to eat wholesome nutritious food

and make all attempts to keep our health good.

Taught were we since then “Health is wealth”

not being certain of the definitions of either wealth or health.

As to wealth we now must make it clear

It is wealth of mind and spirit either and both together

Health does not mean to a physique in isolation,

it is also the health of mind and of spirituality, the assimilation.

Hence while taking care of his physique in child’s growth plan system

To take care of mind and spirituality, courses should be kept in his curriculum.
