meditation is a process
to control and calm down the fickle mind
acts and attentions during the meditation are assigned.
This requires specific time dedicated to meditation
with silence, in a secluded place one sits in isolation.
But there is a meditation during action
where mind and the acting organ remain in synchronization
during the process of work execution
with mind giving on the act its full concentration.
This is the best and most effective way of meditation
as the mind gets tamed the jobs in daily life are well done.
