Morning Walk

A morning walk
on plain or rock,
on a street or a park
or on running track
is good for health
proclaimed as a man’s costly wealth.
As all doctors and health experts say
morning walk keeps diseases at bay.
But to get up in the morning
with alarm clock harassingly ringing
as set by the previous night determination
but with cozy comfort of bed;s temptation
everyone wants on bed further to stay
seems to be the hardest task of the day.
But if one overcomes this temptation
and walks for a while under the rising sun
he gets the bliss of the day
and remains through out jovial and gay.
To walk in group or alone
is a choice of a man’s own.
Some with instrument plugged to ear
with choicest music to hear,
some in a group with laughter and gossip
walk miles ignoring the physical hardship
From clean morning breeze and the rising sun
vitamins and oxygen man gets during the run,
excess fat gets burnt and melts with dripping sweats
though it seems painful but nectar for health from it man gets
Child and old, man and woman, healthy and sick
all must go for moe\rning walk to keep their health at peak.
