“A boon from the Almighty”

the thought makes everyone crazy.

With one boon a man can possibly reach the top

from wealth, prestige and power him non can stop.

His sorrows, sufferings, diseases and old age will disappear

good health, good luck with peace of mind will bring him cheer.

The beauty, love, laughter, tranquility and all such sacred lot

will hover around him keeping him at the crowned spot.

But to translate everything concentrating in a simple word or a sentence

to get everything at His one nod or yes as a boon during His short presence

is a worry hitting every human brain and bugling the  human mind.

In such a net in fancy and thoughts like others myself I always find.

Once to my bewilderment appeared He in my dream with a bewitching smile

offering me one boon to ask he looked at me waiting for a while

“I want you” came out from my mouth instantly as a reply without a thought.

Getting up from the sleep I muse as to whether the opportunity for me is lost?
