Service to the sick and the poor

is the best prayer, a man can offer.

To sick, with no disgust or no aversion

sevice, if needed is to be given in person.

Donate with kind heart to the poor to meet his need

without taking pride  on performing the deed

Even the right hand should never be aware

how much donation the left hand could spare.

These all are prayers to purify one’s mind

Thus is the way the peace and bliss to mind one can find
