QUEUE
Unique is the English letter ‘Q’
to exist in words it needs “U’
as its general companion
or “Mam” puts a zero on the evaluation
With ‘eue’ still, we pronounce it as ‘Q’
on its formation, I do not have a clue
On the word queue, I must tell
“ Unique, it is to pronounce and to spell.”
like me to whom, alien is the English
on its origin, I am yet a man foolish
its origin, linguists perhaps still debate
but universally used everywhere as of date.
Google is not sure to tell its origin
“ How” and “ Why” it could begin.
Prior to.” Net” days standing in it
my experiences here I must admit
“ A blessing “ it is in a thickly populated nation
it avoids creating an utterly chaotic condition
everywhere to reach for life to pull on
from shipping to shopping the ration
But my woes if I am at last or at first
The limit of patience is tasted to the last
For a densely populated democratic nation
queue - discipline slides to oblivion
A pebble proxies the man not at the sight
Muscles, money, and chair win the fight.
At times exhausted getting the stock
after a few from those who flock
Conversation of love and hate
find you in queues in spate
Earn your enemies and friends
add you a new but old tie ends
Mobile “WhatsApp” add dimensions
A boon or a bane is the inventions
To pass time gluing to mobile
immaterial if the queue remains immobile.
But it makes at times queue immobile
the man ahead is glued to the mobile.
Infinite dimensions of the queue
that will take volumes to, it, bless or boo.
