Quotient is an indicator

used generally as a measure

so far of human intelligence

to map his caliber and competence

to search out a brighter person

to perform the best in an assigned mission.

As an improvement over this indicator

emotional quotient was added further

with less IQ but better EQ in family business

the family descendants could achieve success.

Emotional quotient was given more weight age over Intelligence quotients

as intelligence will be a total failure in any business without emotional balances

with high I Q and low E Q a person may be unfit in his role

fighting with surroundings he may be a square peg in round hole.

During selection both IQ and EQ were taken as parameters

to select persons having capabilities and befitting calibers.

But with degrading morale and mental erosion besieged with greed

addition of another quotient as spiritual quotient is the present day need.

with I Q , E Q and S Q  of adequate proportion

we should seek manager to deliver so that man lives with creation.
