A rainbow

After a rain
when the sun is seen again
with dark background
of once thundering cloud
the scenic beauty of rain bow
does the nature throw
to show a flowering path
to the heaven from earth
with beauty of seven colors
with many significant metaphors
at the end of rain bow
has the golden pot to show.
The beam of the sun
is white on its own
but when gets refracted
through water droplets
of the rain
to airy space again
beams of different color
emerges to poetic pleasure.
It forms a bow in the sky
making the drooping spirit to rise high
the cosmos gets painted with many a rue
Red, orange, yellow, green and blue,
with violet, indigo make seven in color
emanating from the sun’s white beam in scientific order,
as per each color’s frequency and wave length
with many interpretations as per theological symbolism and faith.

the control of the physical body is represented by red color,;
orange is the control of the energetic field and creative power;
yellow is the control over emotions and personal power;
forgiveness, ability to release resentments is represented by green color;
blue is the ability to verbalize, communicate things with intelligent expression,
indigo is intuition, unconditional love and compassion,
violet is consciousness
of the divine, spiritual awareness, inner peace and wisdom,
which is the final step before one attains complete freedom
