You were a boy of fourteen when first time I met you,
as a standard ninth student of B B high school in nineteen sixty two.
I saw and remember you as a smart boy with half pant,
more matured than age the impression since then in me I did plant.
We had nice time in fight and play,
Time the thief took it away.
Again after seventeen years we met at Bokaro steel city,
with grown up Sangram in suit and boot time again became beautiful and pretty.
Surprisingly you hooked the best eligible spinster of the town,
Your repeated clarifications afterwords could not reveal the mystery of bagging your life’s crown.
Subsequently you showed me the way to come to Nalco,
There you became my boss, adviser and mentor also.
Last I saw you as you suddenly slept and dreamt while talking to me in Kalinga hospital,
All these scenes of life with you will surely dance live before me breaking me, making me sad and emotional.
All your actions and decisions in service or in life remained unique,
After every change or every set back your power of tolerance and acumen of retrieval surprised your each and every critique.
your calm composure after every set back defines the true equanimity of a man,
as if you are the preacher, practitioner of the sum and substance of the Bible, the Gita and the Koran.
You life and career remain themes for many research papers,
Experts on all topics of management must explore them for practical managerial answers.
I have seen the awesome effect of your beetle management,
the hottest situation and bitterest persons succumbing to Sangram the manger brilliant.
The time loses its importance and significance, when you go with your colleagues or friends to betel shop,
discussing and dreaming many dimensions of company speaking nonstop.
you did everything before time even this act of leaving this mortal body,
You are special and unique a soul which we all agree.
Your handling from menial labor to chair man was worth watching,
the maturity in conversation, gestural action with exhibition of love and respect ever flowing.
Sangram ! You have left your handsome mortal body at His direction,
Leaving all of us sad shocked and mourned to prove that you love Him more than us as He not we are your own.
You were one of the main founder figures of Nalco,
we all Nalconians in service or retired, with gratitude and reverence to your departed soul together bow.
Hey God! With cruelty and torture, untimely you snatched a best soul from the earth,
Here we plead and pray to take him straight to you without further test as in this life he has already proven his worth.

Sangram misdhra my closest childhood friend passed away on third may. We also worked together for many years. this is my spontaneous expression. please excuse me as this is too too personal to me the name of the school, companies, his managerial capabilities etc. I only expressed my internal feelinbgs in short. Please excuse me. )
