Spiritual Conduct for self-development
P Gaan

Lord Krishna to Arjun in Hindu scripture Gita has told,
That knowledge to be acquired for one’s spiritual development
In the unique mental format one has to mould
himself continuously to attain enlightenment.
Practicing humility, simplicity, non violence and forgiveness,
honesty, devoted service to teacher and purity of mind and heart.
Self control of passions, truthfulness,
From object experienced by senses detachment and keeping apart,
Shunning egoism, apathy towards birth, death, illness, senility and sufferings,
Sense of detachment towards wife, son, house and other
Ever firmness for appropriate and against inappropriate dealings
Social apathy and concentration in God without waver.
Putting knowledge about self in to practice and conduct
And towards the ultimate goal of life remaining ever alert
A virtuous soul has to practice above twenty,
If he has to attain spiritual bliss in bounty.
