The Sun and the Rain
P K Routray
The rainbow is visible to human sight
though water droplets of rain to air when the sun ray refracts its light.
The sun is immortal, imperishable eternal and the immaterial divine light
represernting the God as a the theological symbolism to cite.
The water droplet of rain represents the world physical,
which is material, perishable, mutable and mortal
However, the beauty of the sun would not be seen or perceived,
without the presence of droplets of water so received.
This is why the immaterial (God) needs the physical world to reveal,
So, from this perspective, humans are a divine mirror, from the sight of a rain bow, we may muse and feel.
