Aggrieved are you of present or an imminent catastrophic situation?

This too will pass, do not panic, you with normalcy will carry on.

Muse upon, if we on our life

with pains, pleasures, success and strife.

Everything is found to have changed with time

law of change is mandatory, it none can decline.

Nothing is permanent everything is transitory,

today’s sorrow may be tomorrow’s joy, today’s defeat may be tomorrow victory.

The king with crown today may be tomorrow on the street

by law of change nothing can be permanent be it bitter or sweet.

Why do then you anguish or jump in rapture?

“This too will pass” as the change is the law of nature.

Honor the change and accept it with equanimous embrace

and enjoy the present moment or else it will too pass.
