Those none stop days,where

Your phone becomes irksome

From it's continuous ringtone,

Not allowing you some 'me

Time'.but which you tolerate

Any other time.

And your door bell hasn't stopped,

Adding to your almighty pounding

Headache, which escalated when

A family member became upset

For 2 hours, and not actually saying

What had made her so miserable on

A wet,cold April day.

And all this wants to make you

Scream and shout.Thats ok,let

The once,blocked tear ducks

Open up and drain all the excess

Anger and pain away,

And breath in a sigh of peace,

Then breath out the fortitude of

Determination,which allows you

To smile the unforgettable,

Day away.
