Innocent Yet Deadly

It's hard to imagine at times how you can hurt us so, such calm, innocence causing all this pain.

You look so clear and fresh,
So still without been touched,Yet you silently stay in wait, until the weakest and eager of us find ourselves in your way, with you so keen to grasp us in your cruel hands while most of us only want to play.

It can only take a split second you catch us in your palm and drain the blood from our once happy souls.

then another split second,You can look so beautiful,this is true, Which helps to brighten many things, that is often dull, with out a glow,
And I hate to see you go,
But when you have had your fun you quietly glide a way bit by bit leaving us all to defrost.
