I’m finding life
Finally I’m finding it
After years of loss
In a sea of confusion
And lonesome wonderings

Actually it’s been here
All the time
Its light obscured
By the noise of the world

As every where I turned
Only betrayal, misery
And corruption

In the highest man can obtain
Was only decay and impurity
From the common person
To royal palace proceedings

Treachery

Then you revealed your promise
And your plan for my life
And at first I was a sceptic
Just like a philosopher of a
Lost generation

But my situation was desperate
And this keened my senses to believe
Your compelling words
So I threw myself onto your promise
And I began to taste the truth in
Your words and discern the integrity
Of your character

So now I’m taking my life back
And each day another cloud
Is replaced by a shaft of glorious light
Making the path clearer for my
Souls recompense
