Why I Dislike PBS

PBS and CNN are my two least favorite networks. A few years ago, I was channel surfing. When I stopped channel surfing, the channel landed on PBS. PBS was showing an advertisement. On this advertisement, a woman said that she put PBS in her will. She will leave PBS a lot of money when she dies. That was a very nice gesture on her part.
But on this same advertisement, PBS asked their viewers to PBS in their wills as well. I think that wasn't good of them. Let me ask you this: If I were to ask your father to put me in his will, do you think that would be a good thing to do? I certainly think it wouldn't be good.
PBS used to ask their viewers twice a year for money to pay for their programs. Now they ask their viewers for money four times a year, which means that PBS now receives twice as much money as they did in the past. But they think that's not good enough. They also want their viewers to put them in their wills.
If I was that woman who put PBS in her will, I would cut them out of my will because of what they did. If I live to be a hundred years old, I will never watch the Public Broadcating System again.
