Clusters of molecules
coalesce –
drop
to the earth –
solvent for cells’
chemical transport,
solution for life:

roots suck
flesh swells
crops grow
photosynthesis
green vegetables
strawberries and apples,
rivers flow,
reservoirs and cups of tea
for you and me.

Apart of religion you have broad interests and knlowledge for natural sciences, in my mind a very healthy balance.

The only way for us to counter and try and stop and even reverse global warming is planting trees. Hundreds of hundreds of trees, millions of trees. And stop chopping and destroying the forests.

Complex subject! There is much room for improvement in how we use our environment. There will always be those pulled by greed and deceit, but also sometimes clashes with helping the poor and their employment and needs.

It will be put right in the Day to come, but meanwhile we can try to make changes like you say of the planting of trees - and trees help the soil , and give shade! Rhiannon

The green in plants, chlorofil uses sunlight energy to convert water (H2O) and carbon-dioxide (CO2) gas into free oxigin (O2 gas) and compounds of carbon ( C), the essential chemical element in organic substances as in foods as well as re-circulated fuel thus capturing CO2 gas from the atmosphere.

That is why I believe planting millions of trees is your best chance to deal with global warming, and it has other great advantages too such as no maintenence, better soil retention, as you say, beutiful green and shade!

I don't think there s a man made machine that can do this never mind so efficiently,and I don't believe there ever will be.

Of course Rhiannon you know all of this, meant for our readers and a plano faction! We might well have to wait another 2000 years I feel we should do what we can in the meantime.

Yes, we must look after our world and encourage others to do so as much as we can, as good stewards,  but things cant get perfect again until God puts it right again, and sin and rebelliousness are all removed as well. Rhiannon
