I'm Drowning

Take a leap
waterfall surrounding

when the earth feels flat
I’m tired
and discouraged

with you here
I'm not.

Bills overdue
on and on...
you're the flagship of my
stability
my rudder. My anchor.

I test the waters
take your hand
it's firm grip leading me.

Why not take a chance? Never
give up. I won't.
