P - His Grace in a Jam

An industrious old lady from Hope
Once made afternoon tea for the Pope
Garlic crackers and Spam
Croissants laden with jam
and a new silver dish for the soap.

So imagine, her utter dejection
Whilst performing her first genuflection
When the Pope clutched his heart
With a croak and a fart
and collapsed from a colon infection.
