Two representatives of a long lost species
That never walked upon the Earth
In pairs
Much let alone in crowds
And never would again

The Deaf have their
Schools,
Universities,
And Organizations

But as for us
We realize
We only have each other

Let us walk then brother
Walk as far as we
Can
Until the soles of our shoes and feet
Wear out
And we part ways

But for now, let us walk
