further "political" scraps involving Jackson County, Oregon

     As a proud Ashland native and S.O.U. alumni, after extensive first-hand experience and years of research, I'd like to ask my fellow citizens to consider the welfare of "disabled" Ashlanders and others, who are for oft unavoidable reasons entangled with "mental-health" agencies, " psychiatric wards, "homes," and labyrinthian beauracracies, virtually all of which is "out-sourced" to other regions of Jackson County: The county "institution" of which has in recent memory uber-aggressively battled and comprehensively lost a series of horrifying human-rights cases brought by the A.C.L.U.. 
        The final decision of one such case revealed that "police officers" in the county jail, without any valid defensive need: bound, neglected, beat and murdered a human-soul, for which crime every tax-payer of our thus defamed locality paid the victim's family many millions of dollars.)  The murderers went unpunished. A resulting case, involving the same jail's illegal censorship of the A.C.L.U., ended with the judge clearly ruling(and albeit in strangely polite and little-reported language,) comprehensively explaining and in social-diagrams and neat mathematics utterly proving that top jail-officials via oath-sworn representatives had by many Machiavellian multiples lied about what it cost the jail to provide the A.C.L.U. the official documents regarding incidents which the latter august institution suspected to be atrocities.)
