Is love disappearing?

How do we cope with all that’s surreal?
Everything I’m experiencing feels so unreal:
Wars, crimes, hatred, stuff people steal;
So much from which we need to heal.

Please may I share all my deep despair?
With all the chaos I’m pulling out my hair!
Around so many corners I’m finding fear,
People broken, beyond shedding a tear.

Nothing makes sense
No word, no sentence
Surrounded by nonsense
Without logical sequence.

Life, love, laughter,
Happily ever after;
Now, so much disaster;
Unhealed with a mere plaster…

We have history, why must we repeat
The hurt, the pain, the numbers deceased?
Please wake from your slumbering
Hear the exploding destroying
True life is suffocating!
Is true love disappearing?
Have humans stopped being?
