I love the jumpiness of -
I love the jumpiness of - white bum, fawn gone at the end. Catching a glimpse of something so special makes a treasured memory, especially if you can capture it in such beautify of words, as you have done here, Tina.

What a lovely little inciden
What a lovely little inciden capturedt! Was it a green woodpecker? I gather they do hammer sometime but my husband used to tell me, if it's the hammering you hear, then it's the greater spotted. He keeps having to turn my attention to it anyway, I seem to enjoy the countryside oblivious to such sounds, maybe because I'm cutting out what I think is distant farm machinery sounds! Rhiannon
