Lovers (The)

The Lovers

The couple walked down the road, oblivious to all but themselves.
Coccooned in their
own little world.

As they walked they shared a private joke jostleing and shoving each
other. The sun
was shining and all was right with the world.

They stopped at a jewelers window and decided which rings they would
like to buy, as a
symbol of their love for each other.

As they again moved into the hustle and bustle of saturday afternoon
shoppers, they
walked side by side, the backs of their hands just touched for a brief
second, and they
turned to smile at each other.

The two men walked down the street, and the look that passed between
them was pure
Magic.
