New Year's 2013

much to say, much to know

curious questions to ask the snow,

of resolution made

and not kept,

unwilling to change,

willing to rage.

A year of inner growth

of letting go,

not enough to show,

to know and know and know,

but to do

slowly be.

More intentional

not mere guts,

felt like a male slut,

weirded out

for tender show.

each moment to be one to one,

missing Brando's keen ear...

to know is to know

not for show.

Drank too much

smoked too much,

did not accomplish much,

escaped with nothing.

Much to love and much to hate

and more to know
