US Economic Fixes 3

It is somewhat strange how hypocritical the government is. In the Godfather, Al Pacino's character tells the senator that they are all a part of the "same hypocrisy." The government, though, is especially hypocritical these days. This is the same liberal government that gave away tons of military weapons to Egypt to seal a political deal. The same government that probably gave Iran around a billion dollars for a deal centered around very shaky premises about nuclear regional power and oil. I suppose this is called "peace" at all costs, but I wonder if, in the future, peace may cost more than war. I stress these "peaceful deals" because they are deals that make the rich, richer.
I also understand that US military subcontractors sell arms to the United Arab Emirates.
What is the new pragmatism? Is it, "Do what works no matter what the cost?" It is so.
So what is the US approach toward North Korea going to be? It's very predictable. It's going to be, "Let's lose again. It works. Losing works."
