If one defines class to be a difference in income, in a classless society, there would be no difference in income. The market rate for a job depends a lot on how many people can do the job and how much training is required. An absolutely same income level would be a ridiculous farce. Also, what kind of a market would it create? A flat market with absolutely mediocre goods.
not even the most liberal South African writer would agree to such a thing. South Africans writers are brave, courageous souls, and they deserve a lot more than what they got.
middle class income has dropped by 20% in America. Many small businesses have closed down due to the small margins and theft. All businesses will move toward being a franchisees or partnerships (not very profitable) or go on the internet. Already income differences are dropping between the middle and working class. Certain economists see this as a good thing, but I do not see for the life of me why a McDonald's entry level employee should be paid 15 dollars an hour for flipping burgers.
