The other day i was sorting out a draw and came across an old English book from school, in there I found a poem i had written back in 1978 when I was i think 14/15. what i discovered was i have to say how every many years later was a B+ mark and a word from my teacher saying good work. i don't remember the mark at the time. but i can tell you it fills me with such joy to think that i got that mark and a lovely remark from the teacher. some say that is not big but to me it is. i have to say i think i learn more from when i left school than when i was there. but that moment all these years later has made me happy. so if you have any old school books look in them you never know what you find. even the smallest thing in the world can bring you a smile. so years later my daughter laugh when i told her about it . when i find it i will share it with you all. we all write alone we just have use and our mind to feed us.

My old school books
My old school books were all missing long ago I think it was my mother she threw them away there were some ugly arguments with my grandmother, "ouma". We didn't always get along that well but for the most part it was pleasant.
Love your title, very interesting, "a old school" it is not necessarily wrong, the grammar that is. Also of course the "i" instead of "I". Is it acceptable? Probably not.
Keep well! Tom
