It’s Christmas
rushing into town
Light are every where
There
hanging so high
As there flicker in the day light
As shoppers rush by
Spending to much money
Wondering what to get
Oh do remember to buy for the pets
Look like snow and so it’s so cold
Have you got a enough food it yet
It only for one day
Don’t need to buy
A great big turkey
Look at the shops
See the mark up prices
Come Boxing Day
it will be
half the price
But you can’t give a empty box
That not the
done thing to do
Oh your feet
Oh have a cupper
oh what a treat
Well you’re fed up of sale staff not having any Christmas spirit
Hell
it’s only ones a year.
And the sally army band playing
Little kids with smiles on there face waiting for Santa to show
But when did Father Christmas become Santa
it a American thing you know
At this time of year
people open there hearts
Why can’t they do that
Every day
that will be
a good start.
It’s don’t matter what money you don’t have
It the smile on Christmas day
That counts.
Just think of the kids
that don’t have a lot
The smaller thing in the world
Mean a lot to them
But for
here and now
my feet hurt
And it getting cold
So goodbye town
I got to go now
and
rush home
and start my wraping now
But
as I sit down and look at my list I forgot one thing oh that I miss
So tomorrow I have to come back in to you. Oh what a joy
and I get sore feet again
Christmas time
is a happy time
we should
make the
best of it
Some will have a empty chair at there table
Tears
will fall and hearts
will break
But
we got to remember
to enjoy ourselves
Oh I got to remember stamps to send cards far away
or No one
will get a card from me
If I don’t hurry you see today
Happy christmas everyone
