I’m sitting here in this chair.
After dusting myself off, I’m back out there
Thinking I’d rather be out of here.
Everyone’s completely unaware,
I am writing this poem in this chair.
Wondering if they even care.
Humor’s as dry as the air.
So I just sit in stare,
Inhabiting my chair,
Planning of getting out of here.

Thank you for the welcome wishes! I am no longer at that job, I was let go in December. Writing is quite the stress reliever and now my main focus. I hope you are staying safe and well as well! smiley
