Dear Dudes

Dear Dude, other Uncle Dude and other Aunty Dude. As you know our mother was deceased in 2019 and up until now 2025, we have yet not received not any inheritance only a pittance to survive on each month. It cannot be that hard just two plus two, divided by two stuff my brother and me are the only benefactors, and it is to be equally divided as in her testament. We expect the estate to be of considerable value.

We have now come to an unbearable situation.

The matter has been taken to the attorney's council for settlement. We want the whole inheritance placed in honest reliable and trustworthy hands for administration, and who have no other private or personal interests.

It was thus asked for the whole estate and capital (or what is left) and including all property rights,  for the court to appoint a trustee to see to our financial affairs, although we insist people not at all in any way related to our family.

We also asked for an investigation as to if there have been any illegal activities such as financial fraud or tax transgressions involved. From our side we will totally cooperate and accept any legal decisions to be taken by the court of law.

A year ago we consulted an attorney and this year another. We kindly ask all records of financial transactions regarding our estate. Unfortunately I need not remind you how white-collar criminals are treated in prison. Also we are both desperately and in urgent need of proper medical care although you will be happy to hear the insomnia  is cured.

Please do not play on our feelings guys nor assuming of misplaced loyalty, and personally I want no communication or contact whatsoever, also not of any family members including relatives by marriage and until the third and fourth generations, as well as not with that of all former employers.

I am sure you also want the matter to be cleared up as quickly as possible. I apologise for inconveniences I hope I am not an embarrassment to your plans.
