Such was the fierce and troubled wind
It blew the spirits of my friends
Across my mind
Disturbing sleep
Reminding me memories to keep.
The hundred horses of despair
That bore their presence
Through turbulent air
I strove to catch
And follow to their ethereal lair.
Where-in our tales and mysteries to share
To bide
Then leave
Refreshed by souls aglow
Who left my life so long ago.
