Bumble bees, round brambles, buzz
when the bright summer comes
but thorns don’t bother Bees because
they’ve thimbles on their thumbs.
Bumble bees make bramble stew
and bramble crumble pie;
their tiny tummies rumble too
when brambles are nearby.
