Little Suzy went to Sea -
Little Suzy went to sea
in a home-made, cardboard boat
but it got so stormy she
couldn’t keep the boat afloat.
“Save me, someone”, Suzy yelped
as she sank below the waves
but then a whale swam up to help
and little Suzy was saved.
Little Suzy On The Moon -
Little Suzy thought she’d fly
in a big hot-air balloon
but then her balloon flew too high
and she landed on the moon.
On the moon lived an old man;
a hermit whose name was Ben.
In his comet drawn caravan
he flew Suzy home again.
Little Suzy And The Strange Bird -
Little Suzy found an egg
and the egg began to hatch.
Out popped a parrot with one leg
made of wood and an eye-patch.
“A pirate parrot am I”,
he said with the greatest glee,
then, winking with his one good eye,
the bird flew home to the sea.
Little Suzy and the magic fish -
Little Suzy caught a fish
with bright rainbow coloured scales,
“Let me go and I’ll grant your wish”,
it said, swishing its tail.
So she let the fish go free
and she wished for gold and gems
and, looking down, she smiled with glee
as her boat filled up with them.
