Laura saw the door handle turn and Mark enter the room smiling.

“Don’t say what?”, she heard him ask, confused.

“Don’t say it”, she said.

“Don’t say what?”, he asked, confused.

“That”, she said, looking down at the floor and clutching her head.

“Are you having one of your clairvoyant moments?”, she heard him ask.

“Yes”, she said, starting to cry, “And its driving me -  I don’t think I can take any-”.

She felt him take hold of her and kiss her.
