My stories

My Song

He speaks a song so salty in tongue It trickles so swiftly through me still Lifted and falling and fading away The corners are hazy and my silence is shrill My fingers are doubtful and chasing away

My Moonlit Day

It is cloudy and dark and musky with time A reflection so mirky it is seething with lies Unkempt thoughts posed as questions of depth Of perception and purpose and what may yet be left It is watery and shifting and I am so slyly deceived

Illicitness

He sinks in so shallow My skin flushed with sin My lashes grow tighter To keep my failures within His presence is scattered My wonder shall abate His intemperance wakes early Or is my hesitance late?

down to free

unravelling grace the scent of our space such a bewildering place near the depth of his face

Dawning

I have slipped to infinity Graceful and famed Carried through perdition Riven, still tamed Yet envisioned a being Made to marvel my days A voice sinewed with softness Roughness to sharpen my praise
