cover with two layers of makeup,
pour into a tight dress and stilettos
then let stand in the elements
for at least twelve hours overnight.

Allow to queue, headshots in hand,
eagerly anticipating imminent fame.
Wait until the rush starts,
then add a car with pollution issues
and a healthy dose of NYC paranoia.
Stir in a few brave bag-snatchers,
mix in the last minute rush,
then stand well back.
