Outreach day trip to the zoo

When out reach called and said they were going to the zoo.

I thought well actually I have nothing better to do

So I went anyway and was amazed to see

All shapes and sizes and different species

It’s enough to bring you to your knees

In awe

For instance I saw

That woolly back Sheep like to graze in the sun

The hump backed Camels like to spit just for fun

Cheaters and Tigers like to run after their prey

Whilst the Bears and Lions like to chill out all day

Elephants and Rhinos don’t run very fast

And also in common they both like muddy baths

The Snakes and Lizards live near the lakes

Flamingos and Pelicans have great long beaks

Chinchillas and Buzzards have nothing in common at all

Except they both end in S and that’s only when there’s more than one of them

Sorry for that laps…I’ll now carry on

The Dolphins and Seals put on a good show

And Monkeys and Apes can ride bikes you know

Well Monkeys can anyway

Cats and Dogs are domestic pets

And mostly all birds have very good nests

Foxes and Badgers come out only at night

And boy if they see you, they’ll soon take flight

Crocs and Allis have real stumpy feet

While Eagles are know for there tremendous feats

Whilst Mum and Dad like to give their kids nice treats

And once you’ve gone you’ll want to go ever week

So the next time you go to the zoo

Please remember the golden rules

OR GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR
MEDICATION!!!!
